Specialized service providers sometimes support us in operating our social media presence. To achieve the purposes stated above, it is sometimes necessary to share personal data with these recipients to the extent necessary (e.g., when responding to or replying to posts or in legal disputes). These recipients may be contractors (e.g., specialized social media agencies) or, in rare cases, third parties (e.g., lawyers). In any case, contractual arrangements have been concluded with the recipients to ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
