Two months after the acquisition of the German insurtech Coya, the start-up has just announced the takeover of Unkle, founded in 2019 and specializing in rental guarantees, a market estimated at 2 billion euros in France. This operation, in cash and securities, the amount of which is not disclosed, allows Luko to strengthen its range of services around housing.
