The home insurance of the apartments of the head of state at the Élysée Palace would cost 56.77 euros per month

The start-up Luko has simulated the cost of home insurance for the private apartments of the President of the Republic to better highlight the savings that French people could make by changing their home insurance.

56.77: this would be the monthly cost of home insurance for the private apartments of the President of the Republic (250 m²), according to Luko, the French insurtech number one on the market with more than 300,000 customers. If this is a simulation, the start-up wants to underline the weight of forced expenses (35% of their net income on average) in the budget of the French. The latter would save about 40% by changing their home insurance, whose rates have increased by 33% in ten years according to the comparator Assurland. It is possible to change contracts every year since 2015. This will also be the case for the loan insurance of a real estate loan in June.
