The home insurance start-up buys out a German rival. A passport to become a real insurer.
Luko is changing dimension. The French startup created in 2018 to sell home insurance has just bought Coya, a German competitor, for an undisclosed amount. "The operation is financed in shares," says Raphaël Vullierme, Luko's CEO. The shareholders of Coya become shareholders of Luko.
